When it comes to Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, here’s how we roll:

-Once you place a COD order, we’ll reach out to you not once, not twice, but three times! Yep, you read that right. We want to make sure we’ve got all the details spot on before we move forward.

Step 2: Radio Silence?
-If we don’t hear back from you after our friendly attempts to connect, we’ll assume it was a case of accidental clicking or a change of heart. No hard feelings! We’ll cancel the order so we can focus on those who are ready to dive in.

Step 3: Game On!
-But if you do respond, consider it a green light! We’ll get your order shipped out faster than you can say “drip.” It’s all about making sure we’re on the same page and ready to rock.
